Eric Boakye Mensah Esq

Eric Boakye Mensah serves as Legal Director at Africa Law Focus, where he leads the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice. With over 15 years of experience spanning legal practice, client relations, and accounting, Eric brings a rare combination of analytical precision and practical insight to complex legal matters.

As Head of Disputes, he oversees the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution portfolio, managing case strategy, legal research, and trial proceedings. His approach is informed by a career that has steadily progressed through both the private legal sector and the Judicial Service of Ghana.

Eric began his career at one of Ghana’s leading law firms, rising from Law Clerk to Office Manager, before joining the Judicial Service of Ghana, where he served as Court Clerk and later Head of the Docket Section at the Accra Circuit Court. After being called to the Ghana Bar, he was appointed Deputy Registrar at the High Court, Accra, in the Human Rights, Family, Labour, and Industrial Division.
