Elijah Kwame Owusu Danso is a triple-qualified Solicitor and Barrister, licensed to practise in England and Wales, Rwanda, and Ghana, where he is enrolled as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court. He is a Partner at Africa Law Focus PRUC, and brings to the firm a dynamic blend of legal acumen and corporate experience
Kwame's earlier career includes senior leadership roles such as Promotions Manager at Airtel Ghana and General Manager of Corporate and Legal Affairs at Trasacco Group. These roles enhanced his ability to operate at the intersection of law, business, and strategy, equipping him with the skills to manage complex legal and commercial matters.
His areas of expertise include Constitutional Law, Dispute Resolution, International Trade Law and Corporate Law
Kwame holds a B.A. (Hons) in Sociology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London. He earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development in Rwanda and completed the Professional Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, UK. He later obtained a Barrister-at-Law (BL) certificate from the Ghana School of Law and was subsequently called to the Ghana Bar.
