Betty Brown, Esq

Betty Brown is a Managing Counsel and Team Lead of the Real Estate and Oil & Gas Department at Africa Law Focus. She brings extensive experience in advising clients across a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on real estate, banking and financial services, corporate finance, compliance, and corporate governance. She is known for delivering practical, commercially sound legal solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Betty holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Oil and Gas Law from University of Ghana. She obtained her Barrister-at-Law qualification from the Ghana School of Law and earned her LL.B. from Mountcrest University College. She also holds a degree in Business Administration (Banking and Finance), which complements her strong commercial and financial advisory practice. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
