Nii Kwartei Kojo Owoo is a dual-qualified lawyer, as a Solicitor in England and Wales and as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He is the Managing Partner at Africa Law Focus PRUC, where he brings together deep legal expertise and over a decade of experience in the banking sector, including retail banking, SME financing, and loan recoveries.

His legal practice spans a broad range of areas, including corporate and financial transactions, energy, and dispute resolution. He also gained international exposure at the Washington Lawyers’ Committee in Washington, D.C., where he provided pro bono legal support to low-income workers across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.

Mr. Owoo is particularly skilled in natural resource law, banking, finance, trust formation, and project risk management, combining legal insight with commercial understanding.
